Dispute Resolution

AurDvin GmbH is neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. All contractual relationships are governed exclusively by Swiss law; the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded. For consumers, the mandatory place of jurisdiction under Art. 32 CPC applies, and it cannot be waived in advance (Art. 35 CPC). For all other customers, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is the registered office of AurDvin GmbH in Zurich, to the extent permitted by law.

The General Terms and Conditions, sections 21.1 and 21.2, shall govern.
